Do I get to choose my meals each week?

Yes! We update our menu weekly, and it is available to order from Sunday-Wednesday for delivery the following week.

Are your meals frozen?

No, all of our meals are delivered fresh in a PackIt insulated bag.

Do you accommodate specific diets or food allergies?

Yes! We offer a selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals along with our regular meals each week. Our menu is also always peanut free.

What about kids?

We’ve fine-tuned our approach over years of personal chef experience to please both kids and adults – so that no one gets stuck with a peanut butter sandwich at dinner time. Plus, our side servings help ensure that picky eaters always have an option they will reliably enjoy.

Do you provide nutritional facts for your meals?

At this time, we include a complete list of possible allergens with every meal description. For specific meal ingredients, please contact us.

What if we have company?

We have you covered: For an additional fee, 1-2 extra servings can be added to each of your meals for the week.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No need to be home, our meals are delivered in PackIt insulated freezer bags and will stay cold for 4-6 hours, in the summer we add additional ice to keep food cold. When you get home just place meals into the refrigerator and leave the bag out for pick up at our next delivery.

When do you make deliveries?

We make deliveries on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. We currently make deliveries from Bristol to Pawtucket. We are typically in the East Bay from 2-4pm and the Providence area from 4-6:30pm.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes! Skipping weeks is easy, just notify us a week prior to delivery and we will skip your billing cycle for that week. You can also login to your account to manager your subscription.

When will I be billed?

Once you sign up as a member your payment will automatically be processed though Stripe weekly.

Help! I’ve already submitted my order, but something’s come up last minute. What do I do?

No worries - while we can’t refund an order after it’s been placed, we’ll work with you to ensure you get the food you ordered. Just contact us and we’ll find the best solution for you, either by batching multiple days together, freezing your meals, or gifting them to friends or family.

Is my payment info secure on this site?

We use Stripe for payment processing, a highly popular PCI-compliant service that carefully encrypts payment information. You can learn more here.
